Our Cadet classes are very popular with an equal mix of both male and female students.
Students have the option of training up to 4 times a week for a discounted fee.
This class is great for beginners, intermediate and advanced students with emphasis on fitness, fun, technique and fighting ability.
We hold Regular grading examinations for students so they can be tested on skills learnt.
This gives all students the incentive to keep training and constantly improve.
